Powder blush and cream blush solve different problems. Powder sits on top and can turn chalky over a dewy base; this one shares that base's finish, which is why it disappears into the cheek rather than drawing a line across it. Work in small amounts — press onto the apples with a fingertip, then blend up toward the temple. If you overshoot, a clean damp sponge dabbed along the edge softens it straight back.
