What to include in your message
Including these gets you a real answer on the first reply instead of us asking for details:
- Your order number — it starts with # and is in your confirmation email
- The email address you ordered with, if different from the one you're writing from
- Photos, if an item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered — include the packaging
- What outcome you want — replacement, refund, or just an answer
