These Terms of Service govern your use of 360STORE and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

360STORE ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate and complete.

You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We work hard to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colours or other content are entirely error-free.

Colours may vary between your screen and the physical item. Display calibration differs between devices and we cannot guarantee that the colour you see is an exact match. Sizing also varies between brands — please check the measurements listed on each product page rather than relying on your usual size.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or decline any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are shown exclusive of sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Occasionally an item may be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error. Where this happens we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We'll always contact you first.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt — it does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your items.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• The item is out of stock or has been discontinued
• There is an error in the price or product description
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• The order appears to be for resale rather than personal use
• We cannot ship to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment, we refund in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Your return rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at aliimg987@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a product review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that impersonates another person. We may remove any submission at our discretion, though we are not obliged to monitor submissions.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, page layout and software — is owned by 360STORE or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our written permission. Product photography supplied by manufacturers or licensed from third parties remains the property of its owners.

12. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Following a link is at your own risk, and any transaction with a third party is between you and them.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where expressly stated and except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, this site and the products sold through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360STORE and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site or any product bought through it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360STORE from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws in the jurisdiction where you live.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
