Get the prep right and this is a very forgiving tan. Exfoliate a full day ahead, then skip the body wash, deodorant, perfume and lotion on tanning day so nothing sits between your skin and the foam. One to two pumps per area onto a mitt, blend upward in circles, wait five minutes before you dress, and a hairdryer on cool speeds the surface dry.
