This is Spun Bamboo's PantyBoo line — designed in California, made in China where the bamboo is grown. The most useful sizing detail the supplier gives is the fit reference rather than the chart: their model is 5'8" with a 39.5in hip and wears a medium. That tells you what the pattern is actually cut to, which a size letter on its own never does. If you sit between two sizes, the high-leg cut is more forgiving up than down.
