A bottled supplement from ONE SOL built on two plant ingredients — black currant extract and organic lemon powder.
Highlights
✓
Black currant extract for its C3G antioxidants — cyanidin-3-glucoside is the dark pigment that gives black currants their colour, and ONE SOL names it as the reason the fruit is in the formula at all.
✓
Organic lemon powder alongside it — the second of the two named ingredients, and a short ingredient list is the point of a plant-based formula rather than an afterthought.
✓
One, two, three or six bottles — the formula is the same in every quantity, so a single bottle is the sensible place to start and the larger counts are there once it has a place in your routine.
✓
Check the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle before your first dose if you are sensitive to caffeine, already take a pre-workout, or drink a lot of coffee through the day.
✓
Talk to your doctor before using any weight-management supplement if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking regular medication, or living with a heart, blood-pressure, thyroid or other medical condition.
This sits with the rest of ONE SOL's plant-based line rather than on its own — Lean Plant Protein for after training and Greens + Pre & Probiotic for the daily end of the same shelf. The wider supplements range is here too.
