This and the black version are one boot in two colours, with the same oxhide upper, lining, heel, shaft, weight and size run. Nothing else differs, so choose on colour. Brown leather shows a scuff sooner than black, so keep a cloth and a brush for it. If you would rather have boot height in a brushed finish, the taupe nubuck high-top adds a side buckle and a 6-inch shaft at 18 ounces.
