This is the quietest shoe in CALTO's sneaker line. Where the mesh mid-top is visibly athletic — mesh upper, 5.5-inch shaft, three inches of lift — this is a flat black low-top that looks like an ordinary court shoe, which is the point if you want the lift without the shoe announcing itself. The leatherette low-top takes the same idea at 2 inches with heavier perforation, and the snoafers drop the laces entirely for a leather slip-on. Wear this one with jeans, shorts or chinos; the rubberised bottom will look wrong with a suit.
