A bean bag you can sit in for a whole evening — foam-filled rather than bead-filled, so it keeps its shape instead of slowly flattening underneath you.
Highlights
✓
Soft foam fill instead of polystyrene beads — no crunching underneath you, no gradual sink, and nothing to scatter across the floor if a seam ever opens.
✓
40.0 in. W x 37.5 in. D x 32.2 in. H — adult-sized, with roughly the floor footprint of an armchair, so it fits a reading corner rather than taking over the room.
✓
A matching footrest is included, which is what turns it from a floor cushion into something you can stretch out in.
✓
43.3 lb with no frame or fixings — heavy enough to stay where you put it, light enough for one person to shift from living room to nursery without tools.
✓
Six colourways from quiet neutrals to yellow and pink — enough range to disappear into a living room or deliberately stand out in a child’s room.
It arrives vacuum-compressed, and the trade-off is patience on day one: unpack it, stand it upright and leave it three to six hours before sitting in it. The foam expands over that window and reaches the shape you see in the photos. After that it behaves like ordinary furniture — no re-filling, no topping up with beads, no annual refresh.
If you want a framed seat for the same corner, see the wide chenille lounge armchair or the mid-century velvet accent chair. More seating in Furniture and Home.
Beige, Dark Gray, Blue, Light Brown, Yellow or Pink. 40.0 in. W x 37.5 in. D x 32.2 in. H, 43.3 lb. Foam fill, matching footrest included, no assembly. Stand it upright for three to six hours after unpacking.
