✓Walnut only, with beige seats — the Scandinavian and farmhouse sets come in three finishes, this one in one. The warranty is two years, limited, and the supplier states there is no commercial warranty, so it isn't the set for a café.
Buy this one if you care what the table is actually made of. Solid rubberwood costs more and weighs more — 144 lb against 123.5 lb for the extendable set — but it behaves differently from a veneer when something gets dragged across it, and it can be refinished rather than replaced. It is also the biggest top ACTU offers here, which in a small room is a constraint, not a feature.
If 35.4 inches of depth is more than the room can give, the Scandinavian set is 32.5 inches deep and roughly the same length.
